We have wanted to extend and replace our patio for several years now and after some research contacted Mark at MT Paving and Landscaping. Mark came round to discuss the patio project and what the works would entail. From our first meeting I knew this was the company that I wanted to use due to Marks professional approach and advice on the slabs and size of patio that would work best with our late 1930’s home and garden.
Mark and his team started the project a week ago and finished today. We have no side access so Mark and his team had to bring all materials through the house (and remove old materials) which was a hell of a task. They did this without causing any damage and swept up every evening. I take my hat off to them.
We now have a stunning patio and double the size so that we can actually now use it as a family and can now entertain friends without falling into the old flower beds.
The patio looks fantastic and enhances our garden. The workmanship is first class with every Indian Sandstone slab cut and laid perfectly. Not only will this enhance our lives as a family but it will also definitely add value to our home.

We had a issue with rats digging under our block paved drive. Mark was quick to respond to my enquiry, a relief as it's only a small job and I feared he would not be interested. He was able to find a couple of half days to fit us in and, thankfully, once the damaged area was dug up, the problem was soon determined and repaired. It was a fixed-price quote so lucky for both of us that it wasn't as bad as it could have been and everything was finished to a very good standard.

I hired Mark and team recently to redo some block paving and fence work and they have done a great job. They worked straight through the rain to get as much done as possible, then came back promptly to finish the parts that couldn’t be done in the bad weather. Mark's expertise helped us determine how best to work with the extension left unfinished by previous owners - identifying challenges and providing solutions we were happy with. Mark was respectful of our budgets and helped plan realistically too.
Once on site, the team were pleasant and courteous to be around; especially kind and friendly to my curious 4 year old when she wanted to say "hello". It's messy work but within reasonable expectations things were done tidily and with no damage or incidents to our property and minimum inconvenience with deliveries etc.
The final product is a high quality finish, delivered in the predicted time frame and sticking to budget. It is just what we were hoping for. I would happily recommend Mark and the team.

We had a patio laid by Mark and his team a couple of weeks ago in August. The quality of the work is excellent and it's turned our garden into a much nicer space that we can actually use. Mark worked with us to decide on the best option to make the layout work, especially after discovering an older patio beneath our old decking. All in all we're very happy with the job and now we're hoping the weather holds out a bit longer so we can make use of it. Only problem is now we need to get the rest of the garden up to standard....

Mark and his team were fantastic from start to finish. It is fair to say that my garden was A JOB. It was in a huge state, with loads of gravel everywhere, uneven lawn, overgrown beds and a huge mass of bamboo and trees. Mark listened to what I wanted and immediately got it, but gave advice on what he recommended to keep costs down.
Once he started the work, the whole team worked hard and were all absolutely lovely. They basically gutted the place and started from scratch…bamboo gone, brand new lawn, two new patios, new sleeper beds… The outcome was amazing and I am so happy with my new garden, it looks incredible.

Mark and his crew worked hard to clear an old bed and match in new paving on my drive. I recently employed Mark and his team to redesign a driveway on a property. The driveway needed to be split into two to allow for access to a new development soon to be built on the land behind. This works included replacing a small lawn with block paving, erecting a new fence as well as installing a trellis around the existing fence for some extra privacy for the homeowner ahead of the building works starting.
I was most impressed with the work that Mark and his team carried out as was the homeowner most importantly. They completed the job in the time promised, left the site clean and tidy and the job was reasonably priced.
