We recently completed this Kandla Grey sandstone patio and landscaping project for a customer in Chiswell Green, St Albans. The new natural stone paving has been laid in an attractive mixed-size pattern, creating a smart yet traditional finish that works beautifully alongside the property and established garden.

As part of the transformation, we also constructed new brick retaining walls, raised planting areas and steps, helping to define the different levels of the garden and provide a much more structured layout.

Carefully finished borders and decorative gravel detailing complete the design and provide a neat transition between the paving, brickwork and property.

The combination of cool grey sandstone and warm brickwork gives the garden plenty of character while creating a practical, durable outdoor space that can be enjoyed for many years to come.
